Payment must be received in full by the program date to ensure admittance. Discounts will be applied to the Program Only fee (excluding add-ons), and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

Group Discounts are available to individuals employed by the same organization whose attendance is booked at the same time, for the same course or same combination of courses on the same day(s). Fee discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Course Locations. AMINA offers private, on-site classes for organizations seeking to train 10 or more. Travel and accommodation expenses may apply for courses delivered outside Southern Alberta. Call 403.254.4376 for additional details.

Cancellations and Refunds. You must notify us by email at least 10 calendar days in advance if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable or do not wish to find a substitute registrant, please notify AMINA in writing at least 10 days before the program date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid. Credit vouchers are valid for one year and are redeemable against any other program offered by AMINA. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid (less a 25% service charge). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 days prior to the program date – in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.

Only one transfer is permitted per course per registrant, and substitute participants may not send a substitute. Where a registrant transfers her/his booking to another course or registrant, the registrant will not be entitled to any refund where their attendance at that other course is cancelled. The full program fee will be charged and payable.

Registration Information, including event timelines and directions to the venue, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. PDP will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any registrant who does not receive their registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us at 403.254.4376.

Late Payment. AMINA reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of prime plus 5%.

Course Alterations/Cancellations by AMINA. It might be necessary for AMINA to change the content and timing of a course, the trainer, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event that AMINA cancels a course, a full refund will be made of the program fee already paid, unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative date/city for the course. For all bookings, the liability of AMINA shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to AMINA by the registrant, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs, expenses or losses incurred by or on behalf of registrants. No liability is assumed by AMINA for cancellations or changes in program date, content, speakers, or venue. For this reason delegates are encouraged to not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.
